How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password or want to update it for security reasons, please refer to the steps below. 

🔐 Steps to Reset Your Password:

  1. Go to abcompany.com/login
  2. Select "Forgot Password" under the login fields.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 
  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link. 
    1. Sometimes emails can go to your junk folder. If you do not immediately see an email with a password reset link, please check your junk folder first. 
    2. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, request it again through "Forgot Password."
  5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
    1. The link will expire after 60 minutes. If it does, simply request a new one through "Forgot Password."

💡 Tips for Strong Passwords:

  • Use at least 10 characters
  • Combine letters (uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and symbols
  • Avoid using personal information such as birthdays or names
